if u say ditto is useless than u basically say all pkmn are useless since it can transform into anything as for my opinion: bidoff sentret rattata etc.

imo the cap could be no limit and the EXP needed for the next lvl could be linear as could all the stats that u gain per lvl.

edit: that was my brothers list.. im just looking for any basic pokemon that i cant catch in Pearl ask for pokemon u want and ill see if i have it or not
