    i wouldnt like to have for my team but i need it to complete my pokedex. It would be manaphy to get phione.I have a legit manaphy but never had the time to breed it.

    about arceus having a thousand arms if you play the game and research enough it says that after "the one" (arceus) created dialga/palkia and so on it went into a deep sleep. And in that sleep or while creating dialga/palkia and so on it could have lost alot of its power turning it into a normal...
