Are you considering ever getting into custom sprites? Or are you going to continue cutting and pasting trainers parts and then recolouring them create new ones?

You merely used the colors from the RSE sprite, and just recoloured it and minorly edited it.

Well, since these are the first sprites youve ever done, i wont attack you for the recolours, but i sugggest you read up on some tutorials and learn some new techniques.

You're nothing special. Theyre a bunch of cruddy recolours, you dont even have good color choices. Youre lazy, and you dont try at all. Siamese sprites take less then ten seconds to do, and your photoshop effects are just some simple filters and brushes.
