I was breeding a growlithe and got the shiny on my 10th or 11th egg but it seems i dont have the same luck for my fetchling (3 boxes yet no shiny).

As far as I know, Luxrio can be found in the electric type friend farms and just breed one for a shinx. You can get it after talking to the hiker on the 2nd floor of the hotels for 4 days. I think it can be any hotel? correct me if im wrong xD
