My Best is probably my Salamence lvl 100 My favorite is Gastly and its evolutions but they arent in ruby or saphire so id have to say Duskull(but i hate Dusclops)

I know that SE moves are x2.0 STAB moves are x1.5 But what are items?Does it differ for every item?Im not sure but i think its x 1.5 also i just want to make sure before i make the ultimate Gastly attack,as strong as Double Edge...
