K so IMO I think you should focus on tyranitar as a lead cause it has access to stealth rock through breeding and puts it's sand stream ability in from the start, so I think you should drop Forretress (I know it's hard cause it's shiny :( ) and maybe replace with something like skarmory (which can also set spikes if need be) and can also cover the grass weakness from swampert. If you need a rapid spinner Excadrill learns it at level 5 son you just need a heart scale :D
If you are unsure about donphan I could suggest Gliscor as Sand Veil means that its evasiveness is increased by one stage in a sandstorm, meaning that moves like hydro pump are more likely to 'unfortunately' miss ;)

I'm not the greatest person to make teams cause I'm more of a trial and error person but I'd give it a try

If you'r making a sand stream team you should DEFINITELY use Exadrill with sand rush, cause increases it's speed to something freaky :D
Id leave your last slot for something like corsela (maybe, IDK) to counter fire and stop water types for a bit

BTW i have a zoroak that has near perfect IV's and EV's which I don't use anymore, but is a great annoyer if teamed up with gengar :D
