Yeah he is pretty amazing, especially for double battles he and Gyarados PWNS. Gyarados is weak to grass and electric, and he is a double type WATER/FLYING so electric does double on him, but with Rhydon's Lightning Rod ability it doesn't affect Gyarados. I also like Rhydon because he is one of the original 150 pokemon and one of the better ROCK/GROUND TYPES
