first and laast slots are important. thunder ONLY if you want rain dance support,which can be good if you have a swift swimmer. charge beam raises your sp. atk,thus making t-bolt stronger. HP grass so the before mentioned ugly fish things dont earthquake you to death. ice beam is mostly filler, but can 3HKO(at the most) Gyarados and kingdra.

well,give me is EVs,IVs and moveset and I will rate it.

no no no, that would never work, but how about a scarfed lanturn, i call it scarfturn, that switches in on t-bolt starmies and gets back 25% health from volt absorb?

Totally forgot we were on differnt time zones there, you using Shody or Wifi. I used to use Wifi all the time, but now since my connection never works I use Shody. But I o the occasonial Wifi battle or tourney.
