Oooooh Liiiiis. I don't wanna hear stuff like that from you. Though, I've been thinking, having something to look forward to or daily goals could be really helpful. Things like seasonal anime, upcoming games or F2Ps with limited time events, or goals like drawing something once a day can be really helpful. Makes each day feel like more of an event. It sounds trivial...and pardon me for that, I'm just a nerd, so I don't really know too many normie things that would fit the criteria, but it's worth a shot.
Actually, regarding drawing, this is something that really helped me when I wanted to get into it. I know you have certain anxieties that make it pretty hard, but take a look at this when you get a chance. It's pretty short and you can have it on in the background or something- the video doesn't matter.
