I'd say Shadow Ball over Earthquake on Snorlax so that it doesn't get raped by Gengar (assuming that ML wasn't passed on). You've already got plenty of quakers. And are all those Def EVs really necessary?

Uh, 237 SAtk vs Groudon's 215 SDef = 45-52% with Surf. 2 CMs still is only 88-100%. Why Surf though? It doesn't have anything over Ice Beam in the Uber metagame, except against Metagross. IB still works better against Rayquaza and Lati@s.
