    The way that I got my National Dex was with codes (I use cheats for EVERYTHING) And I have some old pokemon on it. :cross-eye

    3rd Gen Question on Catching Feebas

    The way that you catch feebas is you go to the guy in Douford town and then make a "Trendy Phrase" and the you go to the rout where you catch feebas and fish around. Try fishing 4-5 times on one tile. It should work after a little while. Took me a day to find feebas. :\

    To make your own SHINY pokemon go to this site! https://www.boomspeed.com/kpdavatar/PokemonMakerV3x.html :tired: Select every thing you want it to have (moves, powers ect.) and then press Samples to Code not Codes to Samples and them you get all the pokemon codes for your pokemon. ;)
