Already seeming like the best Rom Hack yet! Unfortunately I found out about it through some spam video on YouTube claiming it was "complete" and available to download, with a link that was covered in AdWare, anyway, annoying how those spam rom hack channels exist.

Played it too- had the same problems. The 600 base stats for unevolved Pokemon is ridiculously stupid and silly. Pokemon HG/SS Golden Edition & Pokemon GS Chronciles are the superior ways to play Johto by roughly a thousand miles.

Hey - this looks like the perfect rom hack for me. The only problem is that I want very limited changes to the Default, Hoenn dex, as I find the dex to be vital to the nostalgia of the region.
