    Trading and Experience. When you're traded a Pokemon, their experience is boosted. If you traded a Pokemon you caught in the game, to someone, then had them trade it back, will they also gain boosted experience?

    RE: SUCCESS, you got the better of the two. ;] Soul Silver's main legendary is a level 50 Lugia. However, once you get to Kanto, you're able to get the rainbow feather or whatever, and you can travel back to the tower in whatever city. Bell Tower? I think. Where you can get a level 70 Ho-oh...
