Well, I just don't do trades that aren't one-for-one. That's how I roll.
And besides that, I have a bred, trained Ferrothorn, my Victini and a few Arceus x)

To end, I always trade my trained pokémons while holding the set item. If you want a different item, just ask before the trade, while we are dealing. {:

Ps: I will trade 3 trained pokemons you want for 3 bred, non-trained with poor IVs and poor nature, if I still don't have them. Those pokémons I don't have has more priority for me than the competitive ones.
