Just thought of another question: is completing S/V's epilogue required? I'm playing on a profile that doesn't have a connected Nintendo Online account, so I can't download the Mythical Pecha Berry to activate it.

I've never lost that battle, so I wasn't aware of that. The rule is fair though. In any case I wasn't planning to go to the Terrarium that soon, still want to complete the other story-based tasks first.
