Hex Editing Legendary Pokemon
Well this tutorial is for beginners so if you think you are one then read on.
What You Need
1. A Pokemon Rom (preferably FR or LG)
2. Hex Workshop (Get it from download.com)
3. Advance Map (Unless you have another way to find the right offsets)

Nope, It still doesn't work. It's Probably an installation issue. This has happened to me with every rom hacking tool until new versions were out. Thanks Anyway.
I'm sure you did something wrong. I tried it at least five times to get it right. This is what you have to do: Say your rom is pokemonfirered.gba and your offset is 16582F. So you write (Once you are in the ScriptDEC dir in DOS):
scriptdec pokemonfirered.gba:16582F.

I'm Sure it's possible to make a hack like that, but to make it easier, you can use only the eight first badges for the hms, and for space - with a-map 1.82 you can resize the size of maps for instance pallet town, and make it two or three cities together.
