This is pretty much repeating what the person above said, but if you are collecting from scratch, then your best bet is the theme decks. You might want to pick up a binder and some card pockets too, unless you still have those, but otherwise, it's easier than buying the booster packs separately.

Recently I have been watching a lot of different anime, however, the last anime I watched before posting on this thread was Higurashi Rei episode 5. It was a fairly decent episode, filled with laughs, but it was sad to see the OVA finished.
