I believe it is a known bug in ShinyGold V3.5. It was fine in V3 and I think a couple of posts back (or maybe pages) Zel had sorted this.

Time can't be implemented in FR, as far as I know. I thought the Bug Catching Contest was a random event which is linked to Kurt, Lapras and the berry trees. If you activate any one of them, you have to wait 5 minutes before you can do any of them again. I might be wrong.

Nice trainers. I like how you've changed from the old ones to the new ones, especially how the Boy/Girl are similarly coloured. Looks like this hack will be interesting.
