I only read about two chapters in a really long time ago. Now I don't know where I put the book. Fencing seems like a lot of fun! I just don't know where you go to train for it.

Hey well don't worry everyone makes cooking mistakes. I once mixed up oil with water while making muffins. I must of put in 1 - 2 cups of oil and a half cup of water. They were the greasiest muffins I've ever had. Oh do you also not eat any kind of animal products like a vegan or do you just not eat meat? Do you eat fish btw? Only because I know a few vegetarians who don't eat meat, but have fish. I always felt like that's cheating in a way. :3

I always loved the little fight scene between Westly and Montoya when they both admit they're not left handed. :) Those are always fun to watch. I can't think of any romantic comedies I like besides Pretty Woman, but that was more romantic chick-flick then comedy.

Hahaha, well then in your case I guess it pays to pay attention.

I'm glad you know it. Most of time when I mention it people just give me a weird look and then say, "Oh you mean Princess Diaries." I can tolerate commercials for the most part.

I usually forget the tv is even on and just focus on the food. Like this morning while I was making pancakes I threw on Deal or No Deal (even though I hate that show) and I forgot it was even on once I was done. I've never thought of reading a book while cooking. I guess it's because once I'm reading I feel like I need to finish it right away.

That's kind of like how when I buy a movie I'll never watch it, but if it comes on tv I'll sit down and watch the whole thing. I really like that movie The Princess Bride and I have the movie, but I never watch it. When it's on tv though I jump on the couch and make sure to watch the whole thing.
When I'm cooking I usually throw the tv on just for background noise or the radio depending on what I'm feeling.

Well it's somewhere in the Entertainment section if you want to look~
I know what you mean. Now I'm desperately trying to think of bad movies that I watch, but I can't think of any!
    A
That's true considering I know a lot of people who like bad movies. That's why I liked that "5 best and worst movies" thread. I thought it was fun to look at what movies people liked and didn't like.
For the most part yes, but I think there are movies that almost everyone can agree on as a bad movie.
    A
That's something I wonder about sometimes. I think in some cases the director or actors do know, but the only thing they care about is the money rather than the quality.
    A
I've never thought of that. That's actually a really good insight. Maybe I just need to think of what makes a bad movie and do the opposite.
    A
    Quite alright.

Yeah I was just making sure I was reading it the right way.
Hmm let me see I haven't ever been asked this question before so let me think...

Well actually that's what I have been trying to figure out for the past two months! I'm not really sure what makes a good movie so I have been thinking about movies that I thought were good and picking out what I liked about them. So far I've picked out that music has a lot to do with movie. It has to be just the right song played at the right time. Especially if you want the viewer to feel a certain way. The characters need to have a rich background. I've noticed that the movies I really liked had a lot of back story to each character. It needs to have a wandering flow. Movies that stay in one place for an hour get boring, but it just can't randomly stray off either. In the end it has to fit altogether. That's all I can think of as of now. Like I said I'm still trying to figure out what makes a good movie.

Your sarcasm is showing. :3 I always forget it's there for some reason. It's on my list of things to do so no worries. Hey that's a good way to put it.

Are you referring that to me? :D
    A
No I haven't heard of that before, that picture is really pretty though. That would be a nice sight to see in the morning, but then again not so much. I would imagine having a volcano outside the city you live in to be a bittersweet situation. I suppose to someone who hasn't lived here their whole life then yeah. I think I may have seen all that there is to be seen in New England.

Well I loved the books just the movies not so much. I get excited to see them when they first come out, but then I never end up watching them again. That or I'll try to and I get really bored. I know what you mean, but for me that only happens with American war movies. Especially the ones now that are based in Iraq or Afghanistan. The fact that every other word is a swear ruins it for me. I'm always think to myself, "who wrote this script?"
    A
I think that's so cool. I wish more interesting things like that would happen around here. Was it a famous volcano or just one known in that region?

I can't think of any fantasy movies that don't involve wars or fighting. The last good fantasy movie I saw was Lord of the Rings, but that's all about war. There really hasn't been any that have sparked my interest since then. Besides Harry Potter, but I can only watch those movies once.
    A
Ohh my bad, yeah they can. I've never heard of anything like that. I guess if it happens everday you get used to it. Still, if I walked outside and found ash smothering my car I'd be pretty annoyed. I'd think everyone would carry a little brush in the back of their car just like everyone here has an ice scraper.

That would of been better. Especially if they threw in a western into one of those 5 movies. I've been craving one lately.
    A
Well fire is scarier, but I guess I just don't associate volcanos with fire. I know that sounds dumb, but unless pyroclastic flow is involved I feel like I could run away in time. That's wicked cool! Did you do a lot of sightseeing? Something like your friend does sounds like a lot of fun. I'll have to look around next year and see if my school has any photography classes.

I don't want to make assumptions before I see it, but from the previews alone I don't know how it could be a good movie. If the whole world wasn't telling me of how great of a movie it is then I wouldn't have the slightest interest in seeing it. I thought it was something he just put together in the past year or so. Only because Pandora and Navi weren't too creative of names.
    A
Oh yeah haha I forgot about those. Either way I find tsunamis scarier. Oh is that something you did? Well I'm interested in film and photography so I was thinking about something along those lines. In school we had to take this lengthly quiz on what we should be and everything pointed to art. I wouldn't mind getting into that field at all.

Hahaha! I thought it looked like Ferngully too just from the previews.
    A
Well I don't know if they have had any at all. It's just that tropical islands = tsunamis in my mind. :3 I was thinking of that too, but I need to read up on it more. There are still some things I'm not sure of when it comes to studying abroad. Even so, I'm still really interested in it.

That's what I usually do, but my sister is really pushing us going within the first week. When Avatar came out she went maybe the second day or so... I on the other hand still haven't seen it.
oh dear, what an inspirational guy >:< take your vengeance on him, show him who's boss. Good to catch up with old friends, depending on the old friend you're catching up with a'course, glad you had a pleasant visit. Sounds like a relaxing v-day!

You can if you want. :) I really don't know much about California and first hand accounts are always the best. I don't have a particular college in mind I just know I want to go somewhere far and California seems like the nicest far away place to go. Besides Hawaii, but when I think Hawaii I think tsunamis so I don't know about that one. :3

Yeah I like a few of his movies. I'm sort of iffy on the new Alice movie, but I'm going to see it anyways though since I really liked the book.
    A
That's so weird lately I've been seriously considering applying to college out there. Even though I have a little while till then. That is sort of nice in a way since I really like rain. I think it's very peaceful when it's raining out. I tend to forget that people just in the United States alone view seasons differently. When I think winter snow and ice come to mind.

I was going to say it seemed a little Tim Burtonishh.
    A
I only know a little bit for school, but that's it. Once I graduate all Spanish knowledge will be lost. Yeah I live in Massachusetts so we get a lot of snow. I actually love snow I just don't like it after New Years. Do you get any snow where you live?

That's a cute video. It reminds me of something I saw before, but I can't remember what. :/
Hahah... yeah I just stole it off the desktop because I've been feeling lazy. xD
