There's a large difference between evil characters, and just a bad trait or two. All characters need some bad traits. But evil characters are the most fun to write.

Bad traits are what make characters good.

Ok, how strong exactly do you want the trainers to be, and what types? I'll make the last few gyms. Make them the levels that they are in the game. The first gym is like LV 10 - 14, and so on.

Well, there would be the usual rules like:
No Godmodding
No Bunnying without permission
Stay active
Follow all PokeCommunity rules and guidelines
Romance is (not allowed/allowed, but keep it PG 13)
And there would also be something like:
To show you have read the rules, put 'BLAHBLAHBLAH' somewhere in your SU.
And the types i'd like for the gyms are: Ghost, Ice, Fire and either Dark or Grass. Do you need any help with the story line or such?

Hey, I saw your RP idea and really liked it. I think it would be a great one. Maybe instead of a wild card region you could have a spinoff game region, like the Ranger games or Colleseum. And by the way, I could help co-run the RP with you if you wanted.

He'll come along depending on the plot twists that are thrown at him.
