Hey, this is to answer your question about playing official games on the computer on the Pokémon Raptor thread. People can play Gameboy games (as well as other systems) on their computers using what are called emulators. Once they have the emulator, (for Gameboy games and NDS games, I suggest using no$gba, for regular Gameboy and GBA games, you can use no$gba or VisualBoyAdvance.) the games can be played by using roms. For NDS games, the file extension will be .nds and for GB or GBA, the extensions will be either .gb or.gba, depending on which system the game came out on. I can't tell you where to get these things. It is against forum rules.
Pokémon Raptor, however, is not a rom. It is a fan-made game using RMXP, and cannot be played on an emulator. Once you have downloaded it, there's an icon that you can use to launch the game.
I hope that I was able to help.
