That's because in Generation III, all Ice-type attacks were Special, just like all Fighting-type attacks were Physical and so on. Since when did this turn into S&M? @_@

I don't use legends for the E4. Just level-ground OUs and lots and lots of Full Restores. I never really buy anything throughout the game, so it's not a major issue to buy a hundred or more. *shrug*
