One glaring issue with your one map that no one has rated is the problem with your cave entrances. You may not realise it, but they're actually accessble from the top if you position them that way.

Though I respect your opinion, I'm fairly sure that ever tunnel in any official Pokemon game so far has had wild Pokemon. By the way, hope to expect some updates in the almost but not entirely distant future.
