I tried to go to unLZ and it say's a recorded DLL file was not found does anyone know what that means?

I say elite four is where I did it to make it a bit faster give you pokemon the xp share that works good. Just try if it dont work try re battleing the gym leaders or if you can trade your pokemon to a defrent game then trade back then it grows faster. you try that

where do you find those tools to change the starters if it's a hex editor where did you find the code?
