i don't get indexing with or without irfanview.

could some1 explain.I've been through the whole thread and i don't understand.
 
I tried to go to unLZ and it say's a recorded DLL file was not found does anyone
know what that means?
 
can i import o the empty number"??" new pokemon??

yuo must download the file "COMDLG32.OCX" and put it into the same directory!!!
find it on google!!..i'm sorry for my bad english!!!
