Yeah, my thoughts are a bit different, but considering the fact that the main ships I support are Pokemon/human, that's hardly surprising.

I mean, Ash is 10, but he's also been 10 for bout 20 years. I not sure age really has much relevance when talking about the Pokemon anime specifically, or really any long-running anime or cartoon. Also, as you can see by my introduction post, I ship a lot of side-characters who tend to be "older."

Personally, I haven't really watched the anime in years, so most of my shipping knowledge is extremely outdated. However, there's no harm in keeping older canon at the forefront of discussion.
