Did you read my post? The first six pokemon listed are the ones I currently use for my team. Though, I listed pokemon I have in my PC that I am willing to exchange with one of the pokemon in my current lineup.

Charizard and Blastoise as HM Slaves? Ouuuch, what a waste of good pokemon :-/ You could of traded them for some pretty good pokemon. For my HM Slaves I use Quagsire and a Machop. Quagsire learned all the HMs I needed except for rockclimb, thats where Machop came in.

Why? Because some people abuse it's privileges? Most chatrooms have rules for a reason.
