Is there a program or patch available to decompress the Ho-Oh graphic from the Gold intro? I just want to be able to edit it with TLP or AGIXP.

I've been thinking of putting pictures of Pokemon in different moods over the top of those 25 and then having a Pokemon with mood swings, like the Pikachu in Yellow.

Yeah, there will be harder Gym Battles, Trainers getting harder earlier in the game, and plenty of extra opportunities to do things.
