The ONE sprite i have a problem with (tile not sprite but whatever) is the wild pokemon grass. I don't know about you, but I HATE IT. I really don't know why, but it looks clunky and too tall and thick. it gives me the feel i am just enveloped in it, which is for larger grass in gens III and V...
i assume this is still alive???
looks like a lot of fun. i notice stuff like ordale town having the surf differences and various diff pokemon available in the hack.
one thing i will HIGHLY recommend is BE SURE TO HAVE A PHYSICAL/SPECIAL SPLIT OF GEN IV/V/VI. i saw haxorus which is more or less...
I saw the new player sprite and in the pic where he is talking to the fisherman it shows a problem. The player's hair is waaaay to big, it looks like he has a normal hairstyle with the hair the size of his head. its too wide as well.
other than that looks pretty good, although i wouldve loved...
let me say; IF you are using gpsphone, the tab that says "search for roms" or whatever will send you into a browser with downloading capabilities, and it will download into the file where your roms are. if you can find a patcher that supports your ios, you can patch
true. pokemon ash gray uses that (i think, might be mixed up though)
Thats one of the reasons i like emerald hacks soo much better than others, besides better base sprites. It adds a lot to me.
One of the things i would like to see is not having the player get legendaries too early, meaning...
i think it being all the way later at level 100 is perfect, the elite four should be there. i think that it got too high early on. lv 70 by the 4th gym is a pace problem, later on in the game it wasnt too hard, early on it was really hard. yeah...couldve made that clearer.
I STILL DIDNT GET...
atlantic cave, may have the name wrong but its the cave you go to after you get the 2nd gym badge and you go to where bill's house is in the traditional games.
it still takes hours considering the low level of the trainers comparaed to gyms and major battles, which are very, very common in DR1.
how will the new starters work? if they are level 55 like the evos, you only have 45 levels left to grow, and 12 gym leaders and a long game.
i would not agree...
i agree with high level dont get me wrong, but level 70 by the fourth gym? training took so long that it took away from the storyline. thats what i was saying. when you spend 4 hours training for a couple hard battles, it takes away from the storyline that isint as long. it almost is like a...
a couple of the caves look slightly too mystery dungeon-like for my taste on a game like this, but it looks like it could be a lot of fun, will definitely try this out soon.
in terms of teams, of course you should. look at a game like DR. it only had two people working on it. the result: a...
@devin99 you are not allowed to get a gba file on this site. download lunar ips and a clean fire red rom and patch it. for help patching it go on yt, its actually pretty easy and saved me.
one thing from me, a long time anonymous DR supporter, a message specifically to the makers of this game...
