so... sneasel and houndoor, or weavile and houndoom, or moltres and articuno.

dude, i just extracted the files in that link and it worked fine
to open a .rar file (the one you download)
you need a program called ultimate zip(the one i use) or
Winrar or something like that.

Then you go to paint and I think you know the rest.

Umm, not a lot you can do right now, I got like, 99% of the sprites made.
What I'm trying to do is remake the Johto and Hoenn towns/cities right now.
The only thing I really need are some userbars lol

And also, dyou have any .sav files from your pokemon games on the computer? I need a few so I can really play through the towns and check things out. My plan is to have 16 cities from the different regions, and I wanna pick the best ones. and i really dont feel like playin through the games again lol
