Sorry for the late reply, I had been busy for a while and couldn't find time to fix this. Now these should be fixed along with some other glitches.
Thanks to Allen Ceedos and Olivia R.'s report, some more glitches were spotted and fixed. What's more, I realized I might have forgotten about...
You can get the HM for Rock Climb after the event in Lake Piltor.
No, it doesn't have the pss.
The patch was updated once more for fixing the glitch which makes it impossible to challenge the elite four again once lost to them. Also, some text errors were fixed as well.
The old download link...
I believe that was fixed, that was caused by the lack of national pokedex.
The patch was updated once again, in this updated patch, many glitches were fixed including the ones which make it impossible to access the Power Plant, the download link is still the old one...
This continued beta is based off the latest beta Sierraffinity was working on. And thanks to her, I've learned so much about how the game was supposed to be like so I attempted to finish the rest part she didn't finish. I managed to make full use of all the ideas Sierraffinity mentioned...
I guess I just didn't see your post, actually, there are some new moves from the later generations, for example, Fairy-type moves can be learned by many Pokemon. So, many Pokemon from generation 4 still have their gen 4 movepool while some of them have better movepool from the later generations.

I just updated the patch to fix the day and night system since I might have figured out how to do it, Now the day and night system is back and, if the fix worked, then nothing will go wrong with the day night system now. maybe you can download the patch again to see if anything goes wrong.
That's strange, maybe I didn't remove the Day/Night system completely? I will find out how it happened later, maybe you should turn off the real-time clock first to make it work before I make another patch?
So maybe the stuff out of 32mb limit could just be the cries of some Pokemon, if that's the case, then it explains why not too many things were affected even if most emulators can't read data beyond the 32mb limit.
Yes, may rom hacking tools can do that. But Azure Horizons had too many changed data, so you may need to edit the .ini file to make it work. For example, if you use Gen III suite, then you need to edit the .ini file, this is what you will need...
