This raid is much harder than what it seems, especially when it nullifies every stat change and uses magic room + nasty plot all in a row.
These were my best choices so far:
Nature: modest - Held item: assault vest - Tera type: fire
Movepool: acid spray, mystical fire, psychic and clear smog...
I didn't like alola because I only cared for the first half of the region (Melemele and Akala) while the other (ula'ula and poni) felt extremely dull to me in terms of environment and looks.
Kanto is the one Pokémon region I started with and holds some place in my heart. Easy to walk to because of its simplicity. 8/10
Johto, just like Kanto, is pretty simple to look at but the cities start to feel overall more diverse and interesting. 9/10

... Quaquaval: literally my most recent Poké-obsession...
... Gothitelle...

I always use the item on the box legendary (Koraidon in this case) since I don't really like it on regular Pokémon. Seems more like an achievement this way.
Shedinja's the best answer to this question. Any other Pokémon, if picked with good nature and selected movepool can actually be useful somehow.
However I did try Pachirisu once and admit it was kind of bad because of its awful stats, but nowhere near as bad as Shedinja.
I'm glad that finally they have decided to make an event about Chesnaught, one of my favourite Pokémon to be honest.
This is my go to Pokémon for this raid:
Nature: adamant - Tera type: grass - Held item: leftovers
Movepool: trop kick, low kick, reflect and synthesis
By using Tsareena I can...
