I just wanted to ask before i downloaded anything. Do i download the latest bugfix patch onto a fresh rom with the UPS patch put onto it or am i supposed to go through them one by one. Considering i see nothing to indicate how it's supposed to go i wanted to be safe rather than sorry

I bred an Eevee and evolved it into a Sylveon but when i went to teach him a TM they were all gone. I only have HMs now. No matter what i do or what i load it's an empty tm bag
