Hiroshi Kaiyo

Hey thanks a lot Hiroshi for posting on my thread, I'm just wandering one thing though, how can I obtain the National Dex? I know it's not by defeating the Elite 4, because I've already done it, but I'm positive it has something to do with seeing all the Sinnoh Pokemon? Or is it catching? O.O I hope to dear gawd it's not, It's literally impossible for me to obtain every single Sinnoh pokemon without trades, and I'm unable to trade. D: D:
