As far as im concerned, in terms of balancing types, fairys introducrion has brought the poison type up to the plate as a relevant threat. Yea sure, dragon type has a something new to fear but I think the reason they were overpowered was because of their stats and large movepools.
I would think that Braixen's evo would retain the orange flame color on it's "wand". If it is to be purple, why not have Braixen's flame color purple as well? Among other details, I'm not convinced.
As for the lack of a Quilladin evo, I don't think whoever drew could not come up with a creative...
Aurorus is my pick for the fossil pokemon on my team. I've been anxiously been awaiting for a move or ability that has ice an advantage over water. Freeze Dry should be fun to use plus Aurorus looks beautiful. I imagine its "wings" will change color in the animations.
Can we talk about the potential of Aurorus having Giga Impact or Hyper Beam with the Refrigerate ability? Does that seem like a wise strategy for making the most out of that ability? What would you guys think about it having one of the most powerful ice type attacks?
I would like to see Excadrill in 3D with an animation that has him form a drill with his head and his hands. I was disappointed we didn't see that at all in the Black and White games.
