thanks for the replay :) the problem is that drilbur is appearing in dust clouds and I don't think that normal sweet scent would work right? also when rnging wild pokes can you tell what moves it's gonna have? thanks in advance

small question about Virbank Complex you see this place i think it's called the outer area yes? anyway if i tried to rng here do i need to take a note about the npcs in the city or not because this is considered as a new area? + can someone help me here at the white 2 encouter table locations...
