I tried it from a North American DS and never got the Hoopa. There is no report about it on Serebii about this event so I think the rumors that it works in North America is not true.

WOOOOO, Delta Emerald!!!! Oh man, i so want this to be the real deal. I had a huntch that this would happen. It kind of throws you off since they never did a Crystal remake, but oh man Mega Rayquaza will make me nerdgasim.

But that is one of the best arguments for remakes. There is so much that has come out since 2003 and how amazing would it have been if all of that stuff was in Ruby and Sapphire. Thus, if you make a remake with those features in it it would take the game experience for those of us who grew up...

I finished mine about a month ago with Manaphy. I was also able to complete collecting 1 of every pokemon and lay them out from Bulbasar to Zygarde in my boxes. Now i will be able to collect the national pokedex in future games if they keep the pokebank up and running.

Combining the shiny charm and the Horde's has been my #1 shiny producer. I have been able to obtain several shiny's in a day because of the huge bonus the charm give to the shiny rate and then basically dividing that by 5 when you fight a horde. Ive found several Nosepass, Flaffys, and...

Klefki, it has to be Klefki. Absolutely no thought into that pokemon at all. Someone was like "We need more pokemon!!!" and one of the designers just looked down and saw his car keys. Ugh that one drives me nuts.
