One of the best teams I've seen in a while, pretty much everything is covered but I see you having problems when celebi dies, since you depend on rest/heal bell a little too much. Gyarados is fine really, but if you're too scared use vaporeon as it walls other stuff as well. I still see zapdos...

GSC is all about the stall, everything lives for a shitload of turns plus restalk helps since if you sleep talk a rest you restore your health and the sleeping starts over. It was pretty close to advance though, with blissey/snorlax/tyranitar/zapdos and other dudes commonly seen in the metagame.

Bullet punch has no use on gross if you're just gonna agilipass unless you want to revenge kill something :/

You can try 252 HP / 100 Def / 100 SpA / 56 Spe. With it you can hit stuff and still outspeed some threats after agility.
