    I agree with Dunsparce. Many people have lately been using rain dance and those moves, which destroy the effectiveness of moonlight. Definitley Rest/Talk combo.

    it's built in. And GBA emulation on it will NEVER be possible, due to the completely different processors the slot 1 devices use. You have to have a 3-in-1 or similar add on.
