I didn't do it... well, accidentally. I had Jiu Jitsu practice and ate frozen yogurt quickly right afterwards. Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian martial art, and damn, do you leave sore and all heated up. It's a small effort to shed some weight, since I'm getting a like for the sport. The frozen yogurt was basically a flag that said "HEY, COLD GERMS! I'M WEAK AND THERMALLY UNSTABLE! INFECT ME!" gawd >__> shoulda known better.
