Its best to learn yourself then, it will pay off.
Its the same advice zeno and andrea gave me when i asked them lol.
Just play around with a blank rom, and i prob couldnt do it for fire red cause it would be alot different, it should still require some hex editing. Good luck

do you need to insert a routine? I kid of know hwo to insert ASM Routines cause I followed Hack Mews tutorial :3 Does it also invlolve hex editing?
