The only reason those games got a C&D is that they became too popular. Uranium got more than a million downloads and Prism trailer reached 1.5 million views. This also happening to the Metroid remake that became quickly very popular after its release.
So don't promote or advertise your game...
I'm not the one who made this so I can't answer everything. I myself still have a lot to discover about this. I don't know how switches (or any equivalent) are done, if even they exist. The game supports animated sprites (currently it uses gifs, maybe later it will support animation sheets like...

I still have my Red version my uncle got me from USA in 1998, while the game was only out in France in 1999. It still works, although my brother erased my save with full legit completed Pokédex (except Mew which I used the glitch).
