Currently I'm writing a human Mystery Dungeon story in which my protagonist and her Rescue Team partner are ballerinas, forming a rescue team because two of the younger students at their school fall into the fissure that becomes the Tiny Woods and Dominika, a Kirlia, my protagonist and Sam the...
Name: Knight of Legendaries
Favorite movie: either Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service, or Castle in the Sky. Castle in the Sky and Kiki's Delivery Service were some of my favorite movies for a while, and Princess Mononoke is amazing. I like Spirited Away, but I didn't really love it like...
Name/Nickname: Knight of Legendaries
Favorite book: Xiran Jay Zhao's Iron Widow
Favorite author: Maybe Rick Riordan or Jim Butcher? Hard to pick a favorite.
I currently have a Greyhound named Gru, and before Gru I had a mix breed named Nala. As best I can figure she was potentially as much as half greyhound, and also Lab, Pointer, and Rhodesian Ridgeback. My family has also had two Maltese, Sicily who I barely remember at this point, and Sophie, a...
I've gone to four concerts, although I only remember three of them clearly since one was when I was not even ten. One was a concert for a YouTube artist named Lindsay Stirling, and I definitely enjoyed it. The other two I've been to in recent memory were both for a group called the Piano Guys...

I usually have characters who can curse up a blue streak when they're angry, but also characters who generally are more formal and refrain from swearing.
If you have a scene for your story that you really want to write, consider writing it out in a separate document or somewhere else and figuring out how to connect it to the rest of the story at some other point in time.
For me it's reading things that other people have written. I'll read something and be inspired to do something similar. That or I'll be talking to my twin brother about my stories and he'll say something that gives me an idea, or he'll ask if he can have a character in the story and I'll be...
I think I've improved a lot since I started writing. I started writing proper stories when I was maybe sixteen or seventeen, and I'm thirty now so I think that after writing for so long I've improved. I can't name anything specific to show that I have, but I feel like I have.
