Correct stats would be stats that are COMPLETELY do-able. For example, Jirachi's base stats are 100 down the board. Your offer will be denied if your Jirachi has stats that deviate from said 100 stat. So since a lv. 100 Jirachi's highest possible HP stat can be 404 MAX, a Jirachi with a 410 HP...

On my first run of Platinum, I named myself Veronica, and my rival Chuckie, for some reason. But on my current game, I named the characters after me and my brother.(Violet & Ollie)

As for me, Infernape did at first yeah, up until I decided to start EV training right before Sunnyshore City. Nowadays, he likes to reside in the PC, collecting dust, sadly.
