The report can be an excel file this way : "name of the road/city - If it is a trainer or not - female or male - wrong text - corrected text"
I cannot send you the last version of the rom to edit it directly. However, if you can open it with advance map, you can do a report this way in excel or similar document : "header map name (example : 4.14) - event offset (example 0x540000) or the event id - wrong text message - corrected version of the message"
