    3rd Gen I can't catch Sandaa [Zapdos]... and I even used 99 Haipaa booru [Ultra balls]!

    well... You have to make it sleep while its HP is red. So it will be weak and can't struggle as much (if at all). thats how i cought mine on red, I Had A LOT of trouble with Sandaa too, I even used a master ball and it missed... Wach out though those legendary brids can doge your pokeballs too.
