    If Pokemon were real, what kind of rules/laws would there be?

    I think ANYONE would be alowed to own a pokemon. Battling would be 18+ Its not like everyone would have a sick pokemon, think about the pokemon anime, there is only one Lugia, and that mofo would probly kill you if you tried to catch it. So battling would be fine, in designated battling...
