Tool: Day Night System - By Interdpth & ZodiacDaGreat

Wow.. So much ASM stuff over the past few months. This is amazing man, thanks! EDIT: So how would I go about checking time using this tool? (in FireRed)

    Research: RS Major Tileset Hack

....WOW... You don't understand how much this has helped me and how many restrictions it removed. I'm simply amazed, once again.

    Ruby hack: Pokémon Pure Gold

Finally, the thread is up. Well, all I have to say you probably already know. This hack looks amazing, especially because its based off of Ruby. Not too many people hack RSE nowadays. Anyways, knowing you, you probably inserted a crapload of ASM stuff in there... Can't wait!

    ROM Hacking Discussions

Hex editing is the most powerful hacking tool. Once you grasp just a simple understanding of hex editing and pointers and such, you can easily repoint many things like the music table, overworld table and palettes, etc. Apart from that, you can also script in hex (which would, however, be a...

A Place to show off Your Custom Title Screens

Well.. Yeah, that and the fact that if I move Ho-Oh down its leg will then be blocked by the gamefreak logo that does not flash. And it's also impossible to cut down the flames amount. Same thing for moving Ho-Oh to the side (which I planned to do originally) because, according to the tilemap...

A Place to show off Your Custom Title Screens

Yeah, good point. I'm using a 3rd Gen Ho-Oh and a 4th gen Lugia simply because there is not enough space. By not enough space I mean that Lugia and Ho-Oh are not part of the background (because of GBA limitations) but rather use a 256 color palette and are a part of the Pokemon Logo...

A Place to show off Your Custom Title Screens

Can I get some more opinions on this one? I'm thinking of maybe changing the Pokemon logo. Flames are going to stay though, they look awesome while moving =) .

    [HOW-TO] Titlescreen Backgrounds

Well, you could just use sphere to delete all identical tiles.... =) However, you don't HAVE to delete all identical tiles (although it wastes space, as pokepal said). Just make sure your tilemap's height and width is divisible by 8.

Alright, how's this one? It's for Ruby again. Yes, the flames move, and yes the press start flashes.

Ruby hack: Pokemon: Super Rising Thunder!

Well, I just read the storyline, and to be honest.. I'm speechless. This is one of the most promising hacks I've ever seen. Keep it up!

A Place to show off Your Custom Title Screens

Hey Guys! I need your opinion on this. It's for Ruby, so I had to do a TON of editing to get it to work right. If you're wondering how I got in so many palettes, I had to use the 256 color palette for the Pokemon logo, Liquid Nitrogen logo, Metagross, and Thunder: (The Press Start flashes...

Development: Pokémon Fire Red Hacked Engine

I just tested many of the specials, and they're all awesome! Do you mind just explaining to me how I edit the ini file in OW editor? When I do I can't edit more than the first frame of the sprite. Thanks a lot man. Any chance of DayandNight and RTC in the future?

[FR/LG R/S/E] Repointing Cries and Custom Instruments

Hmm... this is interesting. A few months ago I imported FireRed instruments into Ruby. This, however, lets you import any instrument... The only problem for me is how on earth do you get the WAV file for an instrument?

Tool: Nameless Tile Map Editor [NTME]

Wow. Best TileMap editor to date. The "load tilemap from sphere file" function is amazing. The Tileset I wanted to insert into Ruby was too big so it gave me many glitches. I did the sphere things and It severely reduced the tileset size and allowed me to insert a BG into my Ruby title screen...
