Hey, I made a version with removed EV yields. You can find it in the 'alternate versions' folder in the drive. Patching instructions are the same, just use the 'no EV yields' xdelta instead of the standard one

There are no evo changes. Feebas cannot normally evolve in gen 5 without trading. Almost everything not explicitly mentioned as being changed is identical to vanilla white 2, aside from some consistency things like changing up some dialogue so NPCs don't say you started the game with the vanilla...

Hey, sorry for the late reaction! I added documentation for all the encounters in the game up to the E4. Anything post that is unchanged and not intended for play. There are no changes to evolution lines or anything of the sort.
