Hi. I'm currently playing through this game. I beat Whitney and went to do the radio tower and the team rocket admin is not showing up. I have deleted and reinstalled the game. I was just wondering if you had an idea of what's going on as I am liking the game and wanna carry on playing.

I would go for Jellicent as it can learn ice beam which will help against grass weakness.
